EQT looking to acquire Caiway cablenet

Swedish private equity from EQT is looking to acquire CAIW Holding, following the earlier acquisition of Delta Kabel. According to a report by Telecompaper, various sources have confirmed the talks, but it is not clear at what stage the current talks are.
